With counseling I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps change your thoughts and feelings so that you can reduce your fears and increase your confidence.
With hypnosis, I use a gentle method of deep relaxation, mental rehearsal of the new changes you want, and helpful suggestions to create a new-found sense of mastery and confidence within you. I make you a free CD to take home to listen to, to reinforce the positive changes you're making.
